It's not illegal to ban kids from eating establishments, but some parents consider the move discriminatory, and potentially a violation of rights for certain special needs kids. What do you think: are kid-free restaurants a great idea or flat-out wrong?

Its perfectly acceptable for people to choose to serve or not to choose and when it comes down to the business loosing money because of kids that scream and fuss at the restaurant, they have the option not to serve them. It used to be posted on doors, that businesses have the choice not to serve some. If its creating a disturbance, what is the difference between that and someone older (a teen perhaps) coming in and vandalizing or running around causing a scene? …age?
